	In 1988, I earned a Bachelor of Medicine degree from China Medical University in Taichung, Taiwan. After successfully passing the national medical examination, I have been actively involved in both clinical practice and laboratory research as a physician up to the present. During the early 1990s, when IVF was still in its nascent stage, I embarked on researching human-applicable reproductive technologies. From 1992 to 1999, I worked under the guidance of Professor Hsu Teng-Tsai, a trailblazer in cloning cattle and pigs in Taiwan, at his lab in the Taiwan Livestock Research Institute (TLRI), which is part of the Council of Agriculture (COA), where I combined hospital IVF practices with research on in-vitro fertilization techniques.

	Since 1999, I have pursued doctoral studies in biology at Empresarial University, under the mentorship of Professors Chen Li-Jen and Hsu Teng-Tsai at TLRI. I was awarded my Ph.D. with the highest honors in 2004, specializing in reproductive and embryology studies.

In 2023, I achieved certification as a Laboratory Director for Human Embryology Labs (ELD) in the United States, and I became a mentor member of the American Association of Bioanalysts as well as a member of the College of Reproductive Biology (CRB). Between 2023 and 2025, I attended the MIT Sloan School of Management to study "Artifical Intelligence in Pharma ans Biotech" and "Disciplined Entrepreneurship." Additionally, I completed advanced courses in "Genetics" and "Genomics and Other Omics" at Stanford University School of Medicine.
