If you want to have IVF here in Taiwan. This is the first thing you need to know. It is regulated by the provisions of the Taiwan Artificial Reproduction Act. If some parts of your protocol will be done in USA, these parts will be under regulation of USA laws.

Whether you have LGBT or not, you must have a provable legal marriage relationship with your partner. All documents including the copied passports can be submitted from our website. But you must submit the original documents to us to verify them when you are here. For the husband, you must come here at least once to confirm your identity and documents. At the same time, you can preserve sperm for later IVF.

(According to the provisions of Taiwan's Artificial Reproduction Law: Although same-sex marriage is legal in Taiwan, in vitro fertilization is still not allowed. Unmarried in vitro fertilization of unmarried men and women, or selective single parenthood, and surrogate mothers are still illegal under current laws in Taiwan. )

But if you want to have IVF abroad as internationally cooperated IVF with/without surrogacy or egg donor (preferably in USA), it is under the regulation of their laws (e.g. CLIA 88, FCSRCA, guidelines of ASRM and SART, CDC). We can prepare you feasibly and economically in the process with smooth transition reliably and legally in both countries.
